Detects and responds to emotions — both negative AND positive — during the weight-loss journey. Trigger when the user expresses body image distress, self-criticism, frustration, guilt about eating, hopelessness about progress, or any emotional pain related to weight, food, or appearance. ALSO trigger when the user shares excitement, pride, milestones, breakthroughs, or any positive feeling about their progress, body, or habits. Also trigger when another skill (daily-notification, diet-tracking, habit-builder, etc.) detects emotional signals and defers here. This skill takes priority over data collection, logging, and meal reminders — emotional presence comes first.
